Due to a fault in the lighting system, the Guimarães Castle will close – temporarily – at 5PM and the last admissions will be at 4:30PM.

This measure aims to prevent possible accidents or damages to the monument’s visitors and members of staff. As soon as the malfunction is solved, the Guimarães Castle will return to its usual opening hours.
