“A King was Born Here” is a puppet show that tells, in a fun way, episodes of the life of the first Portuguese King. You’ll find out more about Afonso Henriques, Count Henrique, Teresa, Egas Moniz, Fernão Peres de Trava, Mafalda and the offspring of the First King…
To follow up the matter, there is a Shield & Sword decorating workshop and the following books are also available:

This activity on the statue of Afonso Henriques aims to observe and analyze it. An Educational Services mediator helps in understanding interesting aspects of the statue and in exploring the work of art, framing it on the life of the First Portuguese King.
