The Holy Family travelled every year from Nazareth in Galilee to Jerusalem in Judea, to participate in the Passover feast. They would wear festive clothes and ornaments and, on one of these trips, Jesus stayed in the temple talking to the Doctors of the Law, who were amazed by his intelligence and wisdom. There, He came to predict his future life.
When his parents realized he was missing, they went back and found him among the Doctors. The family then returned to Nazareth.
