Considering the increase in number of visitors, between the 1st of July and the 31st of August 2023, the opening hours of the Ducal Palace will be between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The last admission is at 7:30 PM. For security reasons, the Guimarães Castle maintains its regular opening hours. We look forward to your visit!

In addition to Christmas and New Year's days (whose annual closure is previously scheduled), the monuments of the Latito Hill (Guimarães Castle, Church of S. Miguel and Ducal Palace) will be closed on December 24th and 31st. Except for the aforementioned dates (December 24th, 25th and 31st as well as on January 1st 2023) our Monuments will be open to public. Happy Holidays!
