After a few weeks closed – due to restoration works – the Guimarães Castle will reopen on the 22nd of February.

For the moment, only the place-of-arms will be accessible inside the walls. The access to the wall-walk and the Keep will still be restricted. For that reason, the admission is for free and the Castle may be visited between 10:00 and 18:00 (last admission at 17:30).
